How We Work
What Happens on Every Job
It starts with somebody on the roof. Not a look from the driveway, and not a guess off a photo you texted in. We walk the planes, check the flashing at every penetration, look at the eave and valley detail, and get into the attic where there is access. The underside often tells you more than the top does.
Then you see what we saw. Photographs, plain language about what failed and why, and an itemized written quote. If the roof has years left in it and a repair will hold, we say so. Selling a replacement to somebody who does not need one is a good way to stop getting called in a city this size.
When There Is a Claim Involved
Hail work is half paperwork. We mark test squares on each plane, count and photograph the strikes, and date the report so your broker or your adjuster can act on it. Then we meet the adjuster on the roof and walk it together, because scope disagreements get settled a lot faster standing on the shingles than over the phone. If the approved scope misses something, we file the supplement instead of leaving you to argue about it.
Not every storm produces a claim worth filing, and we will tell you when it does not. Getting up there costs you nothing, and knowing whether the damage is real is worth more than a guess from the sidewalk.
