How We Work
The Way a Job Runs
It begins with an inspection you do not pay for. We walk the roof planes, look at the flashing at every chimney, vent, and wall junction, check the eave and valley detail, and get into the attic where there is access. Then you see the photographs. Not a verbal summary and not a sales sheet, but pictures of the actual failure, with a plain explanation of what let go and why.
The quote comes in writing and itemized, with the repair-or-replace call spelled out rather than implied. Sometimes a repair holds for another five years. Sometimes it holds for five months, and stringing you along through the second one costs us more than it makes. We would rather tell you the roof has life left and be the people you call when it finally does not.
When hail is involved there is a second job on top of the first one. Test squares get marked on each plane, strikes get counted and photographed, and the report goes out dated so your broker or adjuster can act on it. We meet the adjuster on the roof and walk it with them, because a scope disagreement gets settled faster standing on the shingles than it does over the phone.
A Few Things We Won't Do
Quoting a replacement on a roof with five good years left is the main one. Telling you a hail claim is a sure thing before anybody has been up there is another, because some storms produce a claim worth filing and some genuinely do not. And nobody here will promise an exact colour match on a partial repair. Shingles fade in the sun, and matching a ten-year-old roof to a fresh bundle is guesswork dressed up as a guarantee.

A roof does not wait for business hours. A leak at two in the morning during a spring melt is an ordinary thing here, and the gap between tarping it that night and tarping it Monday is often a ceiling. That is the reason the phone gets answered around the clock rather than rolling to a machine.
After the Work
What Happens When We're Done
Cleanup is the part people actually remember. Old material goes straight into the trailer instead of onto the lawn, and the yard and driveway get a magnet run before the truck pulls out. A nail through a tire two weeks later undoes a good roof in somebody's memory faster than anything else we could get wrong.
You also keep the photographs. What the roof looked like before, what was underneath the old shingles, and what went back on. If you sell the house, file a claim later, or just want to know what you paid for, that file is worth having. Most homeowners never get one, which is odd for the second most expensive thing on the property.
